We also handle Probate Litigation, including Will contests, Trust disputes and fiduciary claims against Trustees and Personal Representatives.
We represent clients with Personal Injury and Wrongful Death claims, including those arising from motor vehicle accidents, truck and motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, premises liability and slip and falls.

Attorney D. Michael Lins has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 1984. For the past fifteen years, he has heldthe highest “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College in 1979 and his Juris Doctor with Honors from Florida State University College of Law in 1984.
